• Morning Tea - A quality espresso and gourmet chicken pie from any number of the city’s quality cafés – my recommendations are C1, Cup and the Ground Floor Café
• Visit the Canterbury Museum and Christchurch Art Gallery
• Late lunch at Café Roma – they have an open fire roaring in the winter months!
• Mountain biking around the Port Hills and down the Rapaki Track at speed
• An energy smoothie from Café Java washed down with a flat white
• A quick game of tennis at Fendalton Tennis Club (only 5 minutes walk from Airport Delta)
• Back home to freshen up before dinner at Rotherham’s with Lisa
• Pick up Baxter from the grands then off home for 12 hours sleep
