It's a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is reasonable but a little dirty. The shower design was poor. Half the shower was covered with glass, so much water came out. The bathroom floor was getting so wet. The Lady receptionist lacked professionalism and provided poor customer service. My husband asked the male staff member, probably the owner, how to operate the coin-operated dryer. He looked annoyed that my husband had to ask for help. The washing machine is available, but you must provide laundry detergent. The bathroom has a kitchenette, iron, hair dryer, and heater. The room was spacious, too.it is also very close to the airport. I asked for a ground-floor room, but the lady said there was no elevator then, so we had to carry our luggage to our room, which was quite inconvenient, but I guess it was just not available at the time.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
